S-Series
The S-Series digital cutting tables are affordable, small footprint, all-round production systems that streamline your finishing workflow of rigid and flexible display graphics media.
- Speed through smart technology: perfected over many years, the basis for the S3’s outstanding productivity are intelligent control software, a fast drive system, and cutting technology. Zünd tools optimally designed for use on the S3 complete the system.
- Adaptable production processes: the multi-functional cutting system allows for many and variable cutting processes. With the addition of sophisticated material-handling solution, you can increase production capacity many times over.
A flexible choice of tools
You have the flexibility to choose precisely the tools you need for the job at hand. Combine the required tools based on your specific requirements. You can equip the S3 with up to two different tools.
Cutting surface and material hold-down
The S3 cutting surface is made of acrylic. The material is held down with vacuum and infinitely adjustable across the width. Energy-efficient vacuum generators ensure optimal material hold-down.

Integrated Tool initialization
The setup of of knife-cutting, routing, and creasing tools occurs fully automatically. The ITI Initialisation System makes the process quick and precise.
Optimal material hold-down
Energy-efficient vacuum turbines ensure reliable material hold-down during the cutting process. The vacuum area is divided into zones, which can be switched on and off individually across the width of the machine.
Process materials up to 110 mm/4.3 in thick
On a G3 cutting system, you can process materials up to a thickness of 110 mm/4.3 in. Depending on your requirements, the G3 can be configured with a beam height of 60 or 120 mm/1, 2 or 4 in. Providing more flexibility and versatility in your production workflow.
